At Elevate Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and protect the integrity of our schedule, the following policy is in place: Appointment Confirmation • Appointments must be confirmed prior to your scheduled service. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling within the required notice period. Card on File • A valid card is required to book and will be kept securely on file. Fees will be charged automatically in accordance with this policy. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. • If the service can still be performed in the remaining time, it will be adjusted accordingly. • Late arrivals may still be responsible for the deposit fee. Emergency Consideration • I understand that emergencies happen. One-time accommodations may be granted at my discretion.
